QUESTIONS ?

There is no such thing as zero risk but your security is our priority: top-quality facilities, clear and precise security briefing, daily rigorous inspections of equipment and infrastructure (in accordance with European standards), specially trained and qualified staff.

Our tariffs include equipment for 3 consecutive hours and access to all courses and attractions (quick jump, big tyro, climbing wall, etc.). Courses can take 20 to 60 minutes (depending on difficulty, affluence and your agility).

Each course will bring you back to land. You can run it again or choose another one, respecting the progression (yellow, green, blue, red and black). You evolve at your own pace, according to your needs and capacities.

No, you access to courses autonomously. But our staff members are at your service. Their role is not only to advise, guide and reassure adventurers, but also to be constantly on alert and available to provide assistance, quickly and effectively, when needed.

Our staff is ready to help or intervene when necessary. They will take you back to land, with a ladder or by a rope rescue.

Access to our parks is limited to people with full mental and physical abilities, allowing independent participation. The staff team must have, at all time, visual and oral contact with the participants. Any participant under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed into the park. Children access to kids courses from 4 years old, to adventurers courses from 8 years old.

From 14 years old. An adult (> 18 years old) must accompany or supervise* children under this age.

* Accompanied: max. 3 children / adult
Supervised (from the ground): max 10 children / adult

You must absolutely wear closed shoes and attach your hair. For the rest, comfortable clothing is recommended. No problem if you prefer short to long trousers.

Specific equipment (gloves and harness) is supplied by Parc Aventure and included in the price.

No reservation is necessary for groups under 20 participants (except for school outings). We recommend you coming as soon as possible, for more fluidity on courses.

Come on, adventurers don’t fear rain! Our park remains open, even if it rains. We could close in case of thunderstorm or violent wind.

We will be glad to open our park on request for groups, subject to availability. For more information : info@parc-aventure.ch

Don’t worry, it’s possible to pay by card (debit or credit).

Your four-legged friends are welcome to our parks in Aigle and Signal de Bougy, but they should be kept on a leash. In Sion, they are not allowed.

In our three parks, paths allow you to follow adventurers from the ground. They are mainly accessible to strollers.
